Eliot EVAIN-WILKES

Eliot Evain-Wilkes is specialized in international commercial and investment arbitration, as well as commercial litigation.

Eliot Evain-Wilkes has experience as counsel in complex arbitration cases relating to Defense and Civil Aviation sectors. He is also involved in the criminal defense of public persons. He previously contributed to the arrival of a London-based dispute resolution boutique in Paris and has acted in AMF litigation as part of an internship in a national jurisdiction.

Eliot Evain-Wilkes is admitted to the Paris Bar. He holds a Master’s degree in Global Business Law and Governance from the Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne University and has undertaken an exchange semester at the Melbourne Law School. He also holds a Certificate in English Law from the University of Birmingham. He is able to practice in French and English.
